• Care for You is a platform included the Carer Risk and Needs Assessment Tool (CRNAT) that helps the service providers to identify carers’ risk level and needs. Carers can receive appropriate services and assistances from service providers.
• CRNAT includes a 38-item questionnaire for carers to fill in. The result of the questionnaire will be able to identify the risk and needs of the users, and then recommended appropriate services for carers.
